To the folks at Choice Drainage,

Thank you for being part of our story. We spent the year of 2016 renovating our home. Just as we were completing our final renovation in August of 2016, we experienced flooding in our basement. We called Choice in a panic, along with three other companies. Choice was the first and only company to return our emergency call on the first day. They arrived on site and offered hope, solutions, and encouragement. We were so impressed with the integrity, honesty, and expertise that was given, that we hired them on the spot. They gave us several solutions and honest opinions on the work that would need to be done. We trusted the assessment that was recommended and felt completely comfortable in having the folks at Choice Drainage follow through with the plan they felt would best remedy the problem. What made it easy for us to sleep at night was trust was established from day one. Once we settled on the work that needed to be done, the schedule and the price never changed. Considering the scale of the work that was done, that was an impressive feat!

Kelly, Morgan, and Fresh went to the nines to assist us with our eavestrough drainage issues, our foundation crack (treated from the inside and the outside), resealing the entire foundation along the length of the back of our house, and then re-landscaping the yard after the job was complete. Both my husband and I appreciated the wealth of knowledge that was shared throughout the repair. We feel more empowered about future maintenance that will be required for us to maintain good drainage and we've acquired confidence and the skills required in being able to complete maintenance on our own.

As the saying goes: "Give a man a fish, and you feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish, and you feed him for a lifetime."

Thank you, Choice Drainage, for helping us in a crisis, and teaching us how to take better care of our home. We highly recommend this business. The care and passion this company puts into people and the job is bar none.
